1. About This Business
This website is operated by Trudie Coetzee, trading as Unprompted, a sole proprietorship based in Pretoria, South Africa. By purchasing any service through this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered
The following services are available for purchase:
AI Writing Audit — R1,800 (ZAR) A written feedback report on a submitted writing sample of up to 1,000 words, including line-level notes, concrete rewrites, and a personalised Loom video walkthrough. Delivered within 3 business days of submission.
Follow Through Session — R2,500 (ZAR) A single 60-minute one-on-one consultation delivered via video call, scheduled by mutual agreement after purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). International cards are accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
The AI Writing Audit is a digital service. Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and instructions for submitting your document. Your completed audit report and Loom video will be delivered to your email address within 3 business days of document submission.
The Follow Through Session will be scheduled by mutual agreement via email following purchase.
No physical goods are shipped.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
AI Writing Audit: You may request a full refund before you have submitted your document for review. Once a document has been submitted and work has commenced, no refund will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your audit, please contact info@unprompted.co.za within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.
Follow Through Session: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for submitting a writing sample that you have the right to share. By submitting a document, you confirm that you are not sharing confidential third-party information without authorisation. Submitted documents are used solely for the purpose of delivering your audit and are not shared with any third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All feedback, reports, and video content delivered to you are for your personal and professional use. You may not resell or redistribute audit reports or session recordings without written permission.
8. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your name, email address, and submitted documents are used only to deliver the service you have purchased. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@unprompted.co.za.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided in good faith based on the information submitted. Unprompted is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of feedback provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
